Our Shipping Policy

How We Do It

We use FedEx Ground for shipping. our Shipping. The packaging will be in waterproof paper to protect the product and double paper is used for packaging.

The Small Print

We want that you be happy and satisfied with your rug. In case you are dissatisfied, you can return it within 7 days that you received it. the rug should be in sellable original condition. The return shipping charge will be deducted from your original payment.

Our Policy

We stand behand our product. If for any reason you are dissatisfied of your product, we will be happy to arrange for return within 7 business days of the receipt of your product and will deduct the return shipping charge from your initial payment and refund the balance.
